Seasons Greetings from Anchored In Him and God Bless. With the Christmas Season now upon us, we remember it is a time for giving, sharing, and being thankful. We are reminded of the Birth of our Lord Jesus Christ who had a wonderful love for others. Jesus came to this Earth to offer his life as a perfect gift so we could experience eternal life through Him. So let us remember that Christmas should be a time for giving to others. We should not expect anything in return as we celebrate His birth. “And the Angel said unto them, Fear not; for, behold I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.  And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host, praising God and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on the earth peace, good will toward men.” Luke 2:10 - 14. This is the true meaning  of Christmas! The greatest gift anyone could ever receive is a lasting relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. The gifts we receive from our loved ones we only have for a short time, but what we receive from Christ is forever.
