Did you ever think about the tear's of angels
Did you know they are sad when we're blue
They want, from Heaven to embrace you
But our loving, Heavenly father does, too.

He's the Lilly of the valley, our light from afar
He's the pillar upon which we lean
He is always watching His children
At dawn, at dusk and in between.

He is sad when we have our trials
It brings tears to His face when we cry
But the angel's tears from Heav'n
Are the tears that fall from the sky

Yes the Angels tears are now falling
They fall for God's children in pain
They also fall for the downfalls
And the wrath of the worldly gain

It is Heaven we all strive to go to
We don't always make our Father smile
We get off on the wrong track
Our sins can go on for miles

On Sunday we forget to go worship
We gamble and with our self-centered way
Make the angels' tears fall from Heaven
For those tears we'll all some day pay

Yes, from Heaven the angels' tears are falling
We need to dry the tears and make the angels smile
They will then be smiling from the Heavens
While Jesus walks with us that last mile
Yes, the mile that will make Jesus smile.
