Don't look for Me on the cross
for I'm no longer there,
I am among you, I am everywhere.

Look for Me in your actions
in the things you say and do.

Look for Me in how you treat people
and in how they treat you.

Look for Me in the sunrise
on how you begin your day,
look for Me in those that do wrong
and forgive them anyway.

Look for Me in those that are lost
and how you can lighten their load.

Look for Me in your hearts
and thank Me for making you bold.

Look for the good in everyone
show them that someone cares,
but don't look for Me on the cross
for I'm no longer there.
