When God whispers
the birds cease flying
the mighty oceans grow still,
the butterflies nestle on the beautiful flowers
Mother Nature listens and gets her fill.

When God whispers
mountains tremble
the sun and moon bow to the One they adore,
the One who will be here after
and the One who was before.

When God whispers
we should listen
we must open our hearts to Him,
receiving all of His wisdom
while absorbing His spirit, within.

When God whispers
rivers slow their rushing murky
waters to a gentle flow.

When God whispers
trees sway and praise Him
the flowers bow down low,
the pedals produce tears on the rim
in awe of whom they know.

The Lord has an important message
to give His children and show
the love for us brothers and sisters
all of this He will bestow
lovingly when God whispers.
